When you arrive at the Queenswood you are sure of a warm welcome to this delightful Hotel which has been carefully modernised to provide a high standard of amenities for your enjoyment and happiness.

Whether you are taking a seaside holiday, touring the West Country, enjoying the happiness of your honeymoon or are here for business reasons, the Queenswood offers the same high standard of food, service and comfort throughout the year.

There are three lounges where you may enjoy a friendly chat around the fire or over a drink from our well stocked Cocktail Bar.

Many things contribute to a happy holiday but good food in pleasant surroundings is always an essential. At the Queenswood great care and consideration are given to the preparation of all meals, with a well balanced menu to delight the fastidious and satisfy the hearty.

The air conditioned dining room is designed to provide a happy relaxing atmosphere, and a good selection of table wines is available to complement your meal.

Our tastefully decorated bedrooms, all of which are en-suite are equipped with television with radio, clock and wake up function, direct dial telephone with modem point connection, complementary tea and coffee facilities, trouser press and hairdrier.

The Queenswood is centrally situated just off the sea front in a sunny, slightly elevated position, south facing and commanding breathtaking panoramic views. The sea front is only a few minutes away and a short pleasant walk through Grove Park takes you to the Town Centre. Whilst staying at the Queenswood if there is anything that we can do or arrange for you please do not hesitate to ask. We have been at the hotel since 1969 and are pleased to continue to serve the needs of both tourists to the town and business people alike. The list of things for you to do in the town and the surrounding area could fill days of entertainment for all ages and preferences. Within an hour of Weston you have the opportunity to visit tourist attractions that are thousands of years old to some for the best shopping options in the South West. You can choose from visiting Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Minehead, Exmoor, Quantocks, Taunton and many others. All these places offer numerous fun and exciting things to see and do. Within Weston you have a selection of national shops and smaller local boutiques, Sea Aquarium, Piers, Time Machine Museum, the Lambretta museum, Winter Gardens, Playhouse, Helicopter museum and much more. There are two 18 hole golf courses, many bowling greens, riding stables and of course, sailing and sea fishing. Within just a few miles are the excellent trout fishing lakes at Blagdon and Chew Magna. In reception we keep information on over fifty attractions for you to visit and we will be more than happy to add any local knowledge that we have.

If you do not choose to eat at our restaurant Weston has a selection of restaurants to meet all palettes. We have restaurants serving European, Fresh Fish, Carverey, Indian, Bangladeshi, Chinese, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Greek, Pizza, French, pub food and of course good old seaside 'fish and chips'.

The most important thing is Weston has miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches for you to walk along and enjoy the sea air.

We enjoy the company of our guests and they seem to appreciate our informal and friendly approach to their requirements.
