The New Forest Lodge is located just outside of Landford near Salisbury in Wiltshire. We are located within the beautiful New Forest National Park. The hotel has fourteen modern, spacious well-appointed rooms, furnished with either two single beds or a king size bed, extra beds can be added for families. All guest rooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and power showers, hospitality tray, hair dryer, trouser press, iron, direct dial telephones, flat screen TVs, and most have view over open countryside. We have a special room for disabled visitors with wheelchair access. The onsite Indian restaurant and fully licensed bar offers a mouth watering selection of dishes served in newly re-furbished contemporary surroundings. The Longhope Guest House is situated at the edge of Melksham in Wiltshire and is only a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you will find plenty of places to eat and other local amenities. 10 miles away is the city of Bath where you will find cinemas, restaurants, bars and places of historical interest. The guest house has its own grounds and 8 rooms available, all of which are en suite with their own television and coffee making facilities. There are 4 guest rooms to choose from when staying at The Angel Guest House: Old Spot - This is our largest room and has a luxurious super king bed, generous bathroom and a walk in rain shower. Also available as a twin. Aylesbury - You can snuggle up in the super king bed and the duck down duvet or take a long bubble bath and soak the night away. Also available as a twin. Tamworth - A king size bed, deep bath to relax in and a glorious window seat to allow you to watch the world go by in this charming village. Legbar - Named after our cockerel (Cocky) whose offspring produce (very tasty) blue eggs. The room has exposed beams, a walk-in rain shower and a king size bed.
