Moorland Rooms : In Autumn 2002 we completed the restyling and refurnishing of our Moorland rooms and en-suite bathrooms, offering more luxury, more style and more amenities. Yorkshire is already famous for several iconic British dishes that contribute to the food heritage of Britain. Our chefs have created a menu offering a range of dishes which feature local or British sourced fresh produce. Many of these dishes reflect traditional Yorkshire and British food yet in a modern style. And we don’t stand on formality either [unless you want to] you can enjoy any dish from daily specials to the A la Carte in either the bar or the restaurant. We also offer a range of popular bar meals too, from fish and chips to a curry. Chef’s specials are changed frequently to reflect seasonal produce with fish and game being very popular with our guests.
