Trubshaws restaurant appropriately offers meals with an international flavour, complimented by a well-stocked wine cellar. Eating is a pleasure to be relished in the Diplomat Hotel and our special lounge and bar menus offer service coupled with courteous and attentive staff, which means that residents can enjoy a meal or snack at any time of the day. Trubshaws is a delightful intimate restaurant offering imaginative cuisine using fresh produce and enjoys an excellent reputation locally. You can select from the Vegetarian, Table d’hote or a la carte menues.
