Dunvegan's former Manse, with the old Chapel still in the grounds, the Atholl House Hotel has retained its original character whilst offering a comfortable base from which to explore the magical 'misty Isle' of Skye.
This country village hotel, in the heart of the historic village of Dunvegan, only a mile from the famous Castle, enjoys views across the sea-loch with its abundant wildlife to MacLeod's Tables, and is ideally situated for walkers and drivers with easy access by car or foot to some of the most spectacular landscapes to be found anywhere in the world.

Furnished in country house style, the Atholl has nine ensuite bedrooms: two four poster rooms, three standard doubles, two twin rooms, one family room and one single. All have colour TV, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities. Each bedroom is tastefully and individually decorated to a high standard.

With candlelit dining, and open views of the renowned Dunvegan sunsets, the restaurant at the Atholl House features a daily changing table d'hote menu. All the dishes are prepared from the freshest local produce available, including the seafood for which the Isle of Skye is famous, and many are created by the chef who enjoys the challenge of introducing new and interesting food combinations, as well as bringing her own special touch to more traditional Scottish recipes.
