Nestled into the Glen, overlooking the River Ardle and adjacent to the Bridge of Cally, the hotel offers our guests all the amenities a traveller of today has come to expect. We are delighted to welcome new guests and also to meet many returning visitors for the first time. We aim to provide a homely, comfortable environment, complete with wood burning fire warming both the conservatory and the bar. Once settled into your bright and comfortable bedroom our friendly staff will be ready to serve you afternoon tea in the lounge or beside the fire in the conservatory. Alternatively, a drink from the well stocked bar is always an option. Dinner or a light evening meal can be taken in either the Conservatory or Dinning Room where the service and ambience will complement each other. If you would like to stretch your legs before or after dinner a short walk will take you along the river and back through the woods via the forest tracks. After a restful night and a choice of breakfasts, our staff will be delighted to help recommend local attractions, places of interest and options of routes for the day ahead. We can also supply a picnic and welcome you back at the end of an enjoyable day. Each of the 18 bedrooms are slightly different! Some have high ceilings, original cornicing, old fireplaces (not in use) views over the garden towards the river and ground floor access. Each, with their own shape and size, have been refurbished to a very comfortable level and all equipped with colour televisions, hair dryers, tea and coffee making facilities and guest information packs with ideas about what to see and do locally and throughout the rest of Scotland. The rooms do not have telephones or internet socket access however a cordless phone can be borrowed from reception with charges charged to the room for calls subsequently made (a tariff is available) and there is a ....... system for gaining access to the internet via your own laptop computer. The bathrooms are bright fresh and modern. Plenty of hot water and lots of pressure ensures the showers are strong with most bathrooms having a shower over the bath offering guests either option.
