A new concept in accommodation - award winning static houseboats Ruby, Mallard and Lily May offer apartment style accommodation permanently moored in Sheffield's unique waterfront location... Victoria Quays.

We have three boats with bathrooms, shower, toilets, hand basins, constant hot water, flat screen TV's, music systems and fully equipped kitchens for self catering.

All of our boats are heated throughout and also having log wood burners for that extra cosy feel.

Lily May is 50ft long and has a fixed double bedroom and a fixed double berth - both have hatches to look out and watch the nights reflections dance on the water.

Ruby is 40ft long and has a fixed double bedroom with hatches opening onto the front deck. Doors from the lounge open on to a spacious aft deck with seating for you to relax in the open air.


Mallard is a 43ft long traditional narrow boat with many original features. She has a fixed double bedroom with a fixed sofa in the living area, which can be used as a single bed.

A tranquil retreat, a stroll from the heart of the city. Perfect private location for business or leisure stays.
