The Blue Bell Hotel has for over 250 years offered it's guests the very best in accommodation and food.

Set in the square at Belford, the hotel stands proud of it's history, from being an elegant coaching Inn, to it's present offering of being a three star hotel with a reputation for comfort and fine food that is known throughout the length and breadth of our Country.

Being in private ownership allows the hotel to offer something special, and many of the visitors to the hotel return again and again.

Visitors to the hotel are able to take advantage of the magnificent scenery of Northumberland and those that prefer golf can visit the many courses surrounding Belford.

You may feel you want to journey further and may we suggest you visit our other hotel in County Durham, Helme Park Hall Hotel, which is set in the most superb position looking down the Wear Valley.

Whilst jealously preserving the character of this lovely old hotel, we do recognise the need to provide modern day facilities.

The bedrooms, of course, are en suite, have colour television, telephone, trouser press and all the other facilities that today's traveller naturally expects.

The furniture has been carefully chosen so that the business person and the holidaymaker are both fully catered for.

We have a family room for those with children that also boasts it's own lounge with television and video player.
