St Denys has an enviable location within the walls of the historic City of York. It also boasts the rare benefit of an onsite residents car park. Please note that parking is limited and offered on a first come basis.

The St Denys caters for all needs, providing a wide range of room options. On offer are: double for single occupancy, double, twin, family room, two ground floor large four poster rooms and our new superior studio rooms.

Each room is comfortably decorated and furnished in traditional style. All rooms are fully equipped with ensuite facilities, digital televisions with free view channels, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, clock radio alarm and beverage making facilities to suit individual needs. Our studio rooms are large, modern, superior rooms, luxuriously equipped with superking 6ft beds and a large 32" LCD TV with full Freeview channels. Studio 1 has a spa bath and wet room, and Studio 2 has a separate TV room with 47" screen. Please request your preferred room and we will do our best to accommodate you. Studio 7 has a superking bed in one room and two single beds in an adjoining room (please note that there will be an additional charge for a third and/or fourth person in the room). Studio 8 has a superking bed in one room and an adjoining television room.

Enjoy your complimentary full English breakfast in our delightful bright and spacious breakfast room. All of our breakfasts are prepared and cooked fresh to order by our resident chef using quality ingredients. In addition to a cooked breakfast we also offer an extensive range of cereals, fruit juices, toast and yoghurts.

The bar is open to all guests of the St Denys. It is a great place to relax and unwind in after a busy day sightseeing in York. The bar has a large selection of bottled beers and wines and a fine choice of spirits, and is open each evening.
