The unique design of the hotel means that most rooms have views of Loch Ness. The Deluxe Loch View Bedrooms have large showers with marble effect walls and are generally larger rooms with high quality furnishings. Most of the Deluxe Rooms have King Size beds. We have eight newly refurbished Deluxe Loch View Rooms, three Balcony Loch View Rooms and a mix of single, double, twin and family bedrooms available. Please note that if you do not manage to book a Loch View Bedroom, our public areas, including the 'Observation Lounge Bar' and Restaurant, are in the unique position to offer views overlooking Loch Ness. Mansefield House is situated in the quiet suburb of Corpach, just 4 miles outside of Fort William. We are only 5 minutes walk from the start of the Caledonian Canal, Great Glen Cycle Route and Corpach railway station (where trains operate to Mallaig on the famous and scenic West Highland Line). Corpach sits on the northern shore of Loch Linnhe, in the shadow of Ben Nevis (Britain's highest mountain at 4406 feet). The village name comes from the Gaelic meaning 'place of the bodies' as ancient funeral parties rested here when taking the bodies of kings and princes for burial on the Isle of Iona.
