Bibury Court Hotel, Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Brimming with history and charm, Bibury Court is a stunning Jacobean mansion located in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in 6 acres of glorious countryside, Bibury Court has 18 very unique bedrooms and an award winning restaurant in which to dine.

Come and relax in our unpretentious atmosphere and enjoy friendly, personal service throughout your time here. The hotel offers the best of all worlds – the perfect refuge from the high speed pressures of daily life, a wonderfully romantic hideaway, a great base for leisurely walks and an idyllic place for families.

The eighteen bedrooms are as individual as you are – whether it is a romantic weekend or a business meeting you are here for, we are confident you will find your favourite…

The rooms we have available are twins, doubles, kings and four posters, and two very unique rooms with separate bathrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and each room has a hairdryer, LCD television, wi-fi and a Bibury pheasant if you do not want to be disturbed!

A comprehensive room service menu is available, which includes delicious regional dishes as well as light snacks.

The food at Bibury Court is sublime. Our dynamic Head Chef, Antony Ely, puts his heart and soul into every dish he creates and injects his award-winning flair and individuality into devising inspired menus.

Antony is the former head chef at the stylish Clarence Hotel in Dublin, part owned by Bono and The Edge of Irish rock group U2, and he is passionate about using fresh local produce. He is in daily contact with the finest local suppliers so that he cooks with the very best of what each day offers, and his sumptuous lunch and dinner menus change daily, with his dishes reflecting all the fabulous regional flavours that each season produces.

His talents also include that most traditional of English treats – afternoon tea – taken outside on the terrace in warmer months or in front of a roaring log fire in the winter.

Just seven miles from the historic town of Cirencester, and twenty miles from the fashionable boutiques of Cheltenham, Bibury Court is a haven of luxurious tranquillity - from the graceful entrance and oak panelled drawing room, to the meandering River Coln running through the grounds.

The hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Bibury, once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’. From the mouth watering food to the relaxing sofas and fabulous grounds, Bibury Court is somewhere you will want to come back to time and time again.
